Base Systems Overview
Throughout HDI Solutions’ history we have worked with large state agencies representing tens of millions of stakeholders and Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller municipalities to develop and implement results-driven systems and management environments. System development experience and execution is the foundation for successful implementation of state and municipal agency systems, as well as the systems of private companies.
Our processes involve deriving data paths and enhancing base system protocols to meet the needs and provide business-critical solutions to our government and private company partners. Below is an overview of our current base systems and how they have served government and private industry segments.
DRIVe
HDI’s base system equipped to accurately identify uninsured motorists and give them the opportunity to resolve their insurance status. The system IDENTIFIES uninsured motorists and includes the ability to mail notifications to the registered vehicle owner; CONFIRMS whether the vehicle has been insured, sold, or is actually registered to another driver; and REPORTS uninsured vehicles and drivers, allowing state agencies to be more efficient in enforcing laws and regulations regarding uninsured motorists. Drive offers agencies the ability to carry out any of the major methods of insurance verification programs including: Random Sampling, Database, IICMVA Web Services or a hybrid database & IICMVA Web Services program.
Pinpoint
This base system utilizes HDI’s extensive exact and fuzzy data matching algorithms to accurately identify individuals through the comparison of disparate data sets. From locating the correct driver’s license to suspend to determining correct courses of healthcare, to supporting the tracking and enforcement of statewide medical marijuana programs, the power of data matching cannot be undervalued. Incorporating HDI’s extensive history of creating data matching algorithms which produce the highest possible match rates, Pinpoint features match ranking to further enhance accuracy and confidence. Pinpoint can accept data from multiple data sources and produce meaningful results that can be used for any purpose. The Pinpoint system is fully scalable, accurate and can be tailored to meet any needs where at least two data sets are available.
Pinpoint – Delinquent Child Support Enforcement
This system, tailored from the original Pinpoint base system, seeks to locate individuals who are behind on child support payments. Utilizing agency-provided data from multiple sources, Pinpoint can be used to place motor vehicle registration holds, suspend driver’s licenses, identify workplaces for wage garnishments, or fulfill any other enforcement option available to state agencies. Utilizing Pinpoint’s accurate data matching algorithms, the system matches data to locate the correct delinquent obligor. The system also provides an agency portal, allowing authorized users to review data matches before any enforcement option is executed. Once approved, Pinpoint communicates enforcement data to relevant authorities for further action.
AccuEntry
This HDI-developed data entry application system allows clients to turn paper documents into meaningful data accurately and efficiently. Utilizing the proven “double-key” method, the data entry base system has uniformly achieved greater than 99 percent accuracy for data entered and returned to clients. HDI’s extensive data entry experience allows clients to remain confident that the data they receive will be both timely and accurate.
PACTRAC
The most technologically advanced financial tracking, records management, and program administration system in the nation designed for pre-paid college tuition programs. The PACTRAC base system allows states to administer the records for their college tuition savings programs more efficiently and at a greater cost savings than any other program available. PACTRAC offers fully customizable features for the needs of individual programs including payment processing, enrollment services, customer service/call centers and more.
eCaseManager
Through eCaseManager, HDI Solutions offers law enforcement agencies on the local and state levels one of the most advanced electronic case management systems available. eCaseManager is fully scalable to any law enforcement agency, no matter how large or how small. In addition to the base system providing investigative case management, agencies may choose to add the following services: jail management, warrant processing, personnel management, pistol permits, arrest reports and civil papers.
SHARP – Social Health Assessment
and Referral Platform
This prototype system seeks to increase patient referrals to relevant programs aimed at increasing healthcare outcomes. In an ideal world, individuals would have access to cancer screenings, diagnosis, treatment, medications and other forms of care without regard to race, ethnicity, gender, social status, financial status, employment, or other socio-cultural factors. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. The goal of SHARP is to provide a secure assessment and referral tool based on research in the field of social determinants of health. Through this system, physicians and patients can work together to determine barriers to care. The system intends to integrate direct patient-provided SDH information and match it against information from local providers so that each patient can be empowered with local services available to provide various levels of support during and post-treatment.
