Meet the HDI Solutions, LLC leadership team. Industry professionals who specialize in developing long-term clients through service, accuracy and timeliness.

Rob DiBenedetto, MBA

President & CEO

Rob DiBenedetto serves as President and CEO of HDI Solutions and is focused on the strategic vision and growth opportunities of the company.  Additionally, he works with the financial and operations teams to make sure the company is delivering on its commitments to the customers.  Prior to being HDI’s President and CEO, he was CEO of both Health Information Designs and HDI Solutions LLC. During this time, Rob supervised the implementation of a wide variety of systems and programs for both companies’ clients, including 26 state Medicaid and public health programs. Rob is well equipped to deal with the myriad of activities involved in operations and project management. In his tenure at HDI, he has gained extensive insight into the challenges facing state agencies, as well as specific experience guiding the analysis, programming and operational activities necessary to provide systems and programs that serve these groups.

Rob has held executive roles with both Health Information Designs and HDI Solutions since 1997.  Prior to his tenure with HDI, he served as a territory manager for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.  Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Auburn University and an MBA from University of Alabama.

Jonathan Seifried, MA, PMP

Vice President of Operations

Jonathan Seifried is HDI’s Vice President of Operations. Jonathan began his career with HDI in 2006 and has been involved with all of HDI’s current projects. As VP of Operations, Jonathan is responsible for overseeing daily operations, contract compliance, staff management, business development initiatives and communication and marketing activities.  Jonathan’s historical knowledge of all of HDI’s operations makes him a valuable asset for both the company and its clients. Prior to beginning his tenure with HDI, Jonathan developed and implemented campaign strategies for politicians seeking public office throughout the State of Alabama as well as teaching communication courses at Southern Union State Community College.

Jonathan received his bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and his master’s degree in Communication from Auburn University where he is also a faculty member in the School of Communication and Journalism. In addition, Jonathan is a certified project management professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has taught PMP test prep courses for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

William Mayer

Chief Financial Officer

William is a seasoned senior financial and operations professional with more than 35 years of experience encompassing big data software, healthcare, media, high tech and package goods industries. He has worked for numerous companies – public, private, large corporations, small business and startups. Positions held include Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, as well as numerous others. 

His areas of expertise include financial and strategic planning, risk management and internal controls, budget development, forecasting, due diligence, process development and implementation, contract negotiations and treasury management.  

William has a BSBA in Finance from the University of Missouri and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Kansas.

David Philpott

Director of IT Operations and Development

David Philpott is the Director of IT Operations and Development and manages HDI’s technical support staff and application development. He has held this position with HDI since 2015 and has 35 years of IT and business experience. Prior to joining HDI, David spent 27 years in the banking industry managing and developing network architecture and operations, application development, CRM and ATM platforms and service desk support for various banks and credit unions. In addition, he spent 3 years as an application developer for a large, textile manufacturer.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Faulkner University and an Executive Degree in Bank Management from Fairfield University.

Heather McMonagle, MBA

Controller

Heather McMonagle is the Controller for HDI. She is focused on overseeing the company’s operational accounting and the production of monthly and yearly financial reports. Additionally, Heather is responsible for all client invoicing. Her attention to detail and analytic mind ensures the accuracy of the company’s accounting system. Heather has more than 11 years Accounting experience at various levels. Prior to joining HDI, she worked for large organizations including Piedmont Healthcare and the Muscogee County School District in Columbus, GA. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Columbus State University.
