1981
Founded in Auburn, AL as Drug Data, Co. by Auburn University Professor Dr. J Tyrone Gibson and his wife Judith. Company specializes in pharmaceutical sciences with the analysis of drug utilization data and a primary focus in the expanding healthcare industry.
1990-2003
Now Health Data, Inc. with a final name update in 2003 to HDI Solutions, Inc. Company focuses on custom software development, records administration, data management and expands industry reach into state agency and document management. During these years HDI acquires Health Information Designs, Inc.
2004–2020
During this 16-year period, HDI Solutions, Inc. develops custom software solutions for more than 35 states, acquires Sanovia Corporation, acquires PA Logic system and services and divests in PA Logic system and services and other systems utilized by private companies within the healthcare industry.
2021-Present
HDI Solutions, LLC. continues to expand its public-private partnership initiatives with the inclusion of world-renowned researchers and continued collaboration with educational partners.
